As the light lengthens our days and evenings, we welcome the restorative warmth of a new season, even as we navigate the turbulence of a world that often feels increasingly fragmented. We hope you are taking care of yourselves and those around you, nurturing your own wellbeing and helping to cultivate a wider atmosphere of warmth and kindness.
We recognise that this is a time of considerable strain and cultural division. In response, we hope to continue supporting opportunities for dialogue and learning that enrich and deepen our shared human capacity to be present with one another.
As a collective, we continue to navigate these challenging and complex times while maintaining a sense of continuity. In that spirit, we are pleased to share an update on the current offerings and initiatives of the Gestalt Institute of Ireland.
Our Supervision Programme, featured in the image above, will run again this year with guest lecturers who are leaders in the field and who bring international perspectives and experience on the evolving practice of supervision within our profession. The programme has been carefully curated to ensure participants receive a distinctive training experience, guided by established and thoughtful practitioners.
Upcoming CPD
As part of our living and working in the margins series, we continue to offer new events that explore innovative topics and create opportunities for reflection, learning and professional growth.
Several upcoming events are already generating strong interest across our community, both locally and further afield.
Our programme includes a range of learning opportunities designed to invite dialogue and support different ways of knowing and learning. These include online sessions, in-person events, and a weekend-long immersive experience. Some of these events have limited places available, we encourage you to secure your place early and take advantage of our early-bird offers.
We warmly encourage you to support your professional practice by joining one of our upcoming CPD events, where we will explore how living and working at the margins can inform and enrich our work with clients and communities.

Fundraising appeal
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to those who have already contributed to our appeal in support of our colleagues in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian colleagues we are supporting have never had the opportunity to be together in person: to rest, to ground themselves, and to reconnect safely with their bodies and with one another.
If you would like to contribute, you can do so by clicking on the image below.
We look forward to updating you in the coming newsletters and social media posts about how this money will be spent.
We look forward to staying connected and sharing more with you as the year continues.
Warm wishes,
Gestalt Institute of Ireland
